Distinct objects switches to object detection so a tray with several different medications can have each one recognised separately. Auto lets the tool choose, but for a mixed tray, switching to Distinct objects (or marking examples of one pill at a time) gives a cleaner per-medication split.

Sensitivity (Low to High) sets how confident the AI must be before marking a tablet. Result overlay controls how the count is marked on the photo — Dots + heatmap places a dot on every tablet and shows a density map, Dots only keeps the marked image clean for a regulated-count record, and Heatmap only shows concentration without individual markers. Yes — each tally row's Count number can be edited directly if a manual recount finds a different total, not just the row's Label. A remove button (×) deletes a single tray's row, and Clear tally resets the whole sheet for a new stock check.

Opening a saved stock-take with Open in tally replaces the entire current tally sheet — it does not merge the saved rows into what you're currently counting. Export, save or note down your current tally first if you still need it, since there's no undo once a saved session loads in.
