- How do I count a whole shelf accurately?
- Shoot each shelf face straight-on in even light, count the visible front row, and multiply by the row depth if the shelf is uniformly stocked — or photograph each row. The tally sheet adds shelf-by-shelf rows into one total.
- What if the photo has more than just vials in it?
- Mark 1–3 example vials by dragging a box around them and the AI counts exactly that item, ignoring everything else in the frame. Every counted item gets a dot on the image so you can verify the total at a glance.
- Can I count several photos into one total?
- Yes — every count can be added to the tally sheet as a labelled row, or use Bulk audit to upload many photos at once. Export the result as a CSV, generate a PDF report, or save the stock-take to your account and share a read-only link with your team.
