PNG는 선명한 텍스트, 로고, 투명 오버레이가 있는 오프라인 화면에 가장 적합합니다. 90% 품질의 JPEG는 사진 배너에 알맞으며 파일 크기를 Twitch의 10 MB 제한보다 훨씬 작게 유지해 더 빠르게 업로드할 수 있습니다.

Cover fills the whole preset frame and crops any overflow — good for banners where losing a sliver of edge is fine. Contain shrinks the whole image to fit inside the frame and pads the rest with your background color — essential for a small panel image or sub badge where nothing can be cropped. Stretch forces an exact fit and can distort the image, so reserve it for sources already close to the target ratio.

The tool defaults the background fill to #9146ff (Twitch's brand purple) so padded areas from Contain fit blend naturally into your channel theme. Open the color picker in Settings to swap it for any hex value — useful if your channel uses a custom accent color instead of Twitch's default.

Small assets like sub badges (18×18 up to 72×72) and panel images (320×100) should be PNG to keep tiny logos and text crisp — Twitch also requires PNG for badge uploads. Larger banners and offline screens can use JPG with the quality slider at 85-90 to keep file size well under Twitch's limits.

On the Profile picture preset, a toggle shows a circular safe-zone guide over the square canvas so you can confirm your logo or face survives Twitch's circular avatar crop before downloading. Toggle it off if you just want to see the raw square image underneath.

Pick the Offline screen preset (1920×1080), use Cover fit if your source photo is already widescreen or Contain with a branded background color if it isn't, and export as PNG when the design has sharp text/schedule graphics, or JPG at quality 90 for a photographic background.
