名片扫描工具——免费在线将照片转为 vCard（.vcf）

OCR 会读取名片照片中的每一行文字，然后通过启发式规则提取：姓名（首行含多个单词且非邮箱/电话/URL 的行）、职位和公司（随后的非联系信息行）、电子邮箱（正则模式）、电话号码（含 7 位及以上数字的数字模式）和 URL。这些字段会被封装为符合标准的 vCard 3.0——可直接导入通讯录、Outlook 或你的 CRM。

所有主流通讯录应用都支持导入 vCard 3.0：iOS 通讯录（在邮件中打开 .vcf 文件，点击「添加到通讯录」）、Android 通讯录（通过「文件」）、Outlook（将文件拖入联系人文件夹）、Google 通讯录（在网页界面中导入）、Salesforce、HubSpot、Pipedrive，以及 Apple 日历（针对含生日信息的 vCard）。

在大多数名片上，“职位”出现在“公司”之前，但有些设计会颠倒顺序。如果识别有误，可直接编辑下载的 .vcf 文件——它是纯文本。你需要修正的行是 ORG:（公司）或 TITLE:（职位）。后续版本将采用 LLM 以实现更准确的字段识别。

Use the Card language dropdown in the Source panel to pick the language printed on the card — for example French, Japanese or Arabic — before or right after uploading. Matching the language improves how accurately the OCR engine reads accented characters and non-Latin scripts into the name, title and company fields.

No. Changing the Card language selector automatically re-runs OCR on the same photo you already uploaded, replacing the extracted fields and vCard with the new result, so you can try a different language without starting over.

Pick the language that matches the majority of the text on the card, since that's what the OCR engine tunes its character recognition for. If a card has, say, English on one side and Chinese or Japanese on the other, photograph and scan each side separately with its matching Card language selection rather than trying to capture both in one shot — you'll get two clean, accurate contact extractions instead of one garbled one.
