AI 托盘计数器

Count pallets from a photo

Photograph the racking aisle, yard or trailer and AI counts every pallet — empties tracking, yard audits and load checks without walking every row.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — photograph the stacks side-on so the pallet edges are visible and each pallet in the stack is counted and marked. Photograph each stack group and combine them in the tally sheet.

usage

Mark 1–3 example pallets by dragging a box around them and the AI counts exactly that item, ignoring everything else in the frame. Every counted item gets a dot on the image so you can verify the total at a glance.

usage

Mark examples of the pallet type you're counting (e.g. blue CHEP vs white exchange pallets) and the AI counts just that type — run it once per type for a split total.

features

Yes — counting photos is free with no signup for everyday use. Photos are uploaded only to process and are deleted automatically afterwards; we never keep or share them.

privacy

Similar items suits a stack or aisle of one pallet type — all the same colour and build — and gives a tight count using density detection. Distinct objects switches to object detection so a yard or racking aisle mixing pallet types (blue CHEP versus white exchange pallets, for example) can have each type recognised on its own. Auto picks between the two automatically for a general yard or racking photo.

usage

Sensitivity (Low to High) sets how confident the AI must be before marking a pallet. Raise it toward High if pallets deep in a dim racking aisle or at the back of a stack are being missed; lower it toward Low if shadows between pallet slats or gaps in racking are being counted as separate pallets. Side-on photos with the pallet edges clearly visible need the least adjustment.

technical

Result overlay chooses how the count is marked — Dots + heatmap for a per-pallet dot and an occupancy heatmap, Dots only for a cleaner annotated photo for an audit record, Heatmap only to see where pallets are most densely packed. Ignore small detections raises the minimum size counted, useful for filtering out racking beams, shadows or partially visible pallet edges at the frame's border.

features

Yes — toggle from Single photo to Bulk audit and upload a photo of every aisle, yard section or trailer. Each is counted with your Sensitivity setting, a grand total is produced, and every section's count feeds automatically into the tally sheet, which suits a full warehouse or yard audit in one pass.

features

features

Set Counting mode to Distinct objects so different pallet types aren't lumped together, keep Sensitivity moderate to High for stacks with pallets partly hidden behind others, and raise Ignore small detections slightly to exclude racking structure and shadows from the count. Mark examples of one pallet type at a time and run the photo once per type to get a split total by type in the tally sheet.

tips

Single-photo pallet counting is free with no signup. Bulk audit — queuing every aisle, yard section or trailer photo into one grand total — is a Premium feature, shown with a lock icon on the toggle. Saving a stock-take to your account only needs a free sign-in, and free accounts keep 3 saved stock-takes before you need to delete one or upgrade for unlimited history.

pricing

Exporting your tally sheet as a CSV is always free. Generating the branded PDF stock-take report, and sharing a read-only link to a saved stock-take with hauliers or the warehouse team, are both Premium features — free accounts can still save, reopen and export CSV from their stock-take.

pricing

Yes — every tally row's Count number is directly editable, so you can type a corrected total if you spot a miscount, not just rename the Label. Each row also has its own remove button (×) if you added a row by mistake, and Clear tally wipes the whole sheet to start a fresh stock-take.

usage

No — using Open in tally on a saved stock-take replaces everything currently in your tally sheet with the saved rows; it doesn't add them alongside your in-progress count. Export or save your current tally first if you still need it, since loading a saved session overwrites it with no undo.

How Pallet Counter helps you get it done

Real problems it solves every day — for businesses, creators, and everyday tasks. Find the use case that fits you and start in seconds.

Finance

Empties & Pallet-Exchange Reconciliation

Mark examples of each pallet type — blue CHEP versus white exchange — and run the photo once per type, so the tally sheet keeps a split total you can reconcile against exchange notes with hauliers.

For Business

Trailer Load-Out Verification Before Dispatch

Photograph a loaded trailer just before it leaves the dock and confirm the pallet count matches the delivery manifest in seconds, catching a short-load before it becomes a customer dispute.

Productivity

Multi-Site Yard Audits in One Session

Use Bulk audit to upload photos from every racking aisle or yard section across a site, then export the grand total as a CSV or branded PDF for a full warehouse audit.

For Business

Client-Facing 3PL Stock Reports

Save a completed pallet audit to your account and share a read-only link with 3PL clients or hauliers, giving them live visibility into racking occupancy without needing an account of their own.

For Business

Inbound Goods-In Verification Against Purchase Orders

Photograph pallets as they're unloaded at goods-in and confirm the count matches the purchase order or delivery note before signing for the load, catching a short delivery from the supplier on the spot rather than after unpacking.
