- US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches. A4 is 210 × 297 mm and has different proportions, which can change margins and printer scaling.

- Yes. Letter is selected when this page opens. You can change it if your document needs another paper size.
- Will my printer automatically use the PDF’s Letter size?
- Printer settings may override the document size or apply scaling. Check the selected paper tray and print preview in your PDF viewer.
- Can I make a searchable Letter-size PDF?
- Yes. Select Make text searchable and choose the source language. The OCR layer supports recognized text while the visible pages use the chosen layout.
