No — PDFs are static, so each slide appears in its final animated state (all elements visible, last animation step shown). Slide transitions (fade, push, etc.) are not converted. For interactive presentations, export from PowerPoint as a video instead.

By default no — only the slide content is exported. To include speaker notes, save the .pptx with the "Notes Pages" layout selected in PowerPoint's print settings, then convert to PDF. We are working on a "Notes mode" toggle in the converter.

Videos appear as the still-frame poster image in the PDF. PDF spec supports embedded video but most viewers can't play it reliably, so we render the poster for consistent results across devices.

Our conversion servers include a broad set of standard fonts; for non-standard branded fonts the converter falls back to the closest match, which is sometimes visible. For exact font fidelity, embed fonts into the PPTX before upload (PowerPoint > File > Options > Save > Embed fonts).

The format is not one this tool accepts, so check the list shown on the upload panel. Or the file is not really the format its name says: renaming a file does not change what is inside it, and that is the reason a valid-looking PDF gets refused.

Stick to widely available fonts, or embed the fonts in the source document before converting. Check page breaks and any table that sits near the bottom of a page in the output.
