Yes — embedded charts (column, line, pie, scatter) and conditional formatting colors are rendered faithfully in the PDF. The output is a static snapshot, so the chart cannot be edited inside the PDF, but it looks identical to the spreadsheet.

Each sheet becomes a section of the PDF, with sheet name visible in a header. Long sheets paginate across multiple pages. Print area settings from Excel are respected — if you have set Print Areas, only those cells appear in the PDF.

Formulas are evaluated to their current values and only the displayed result appears in the PDF — exactly what would print from Excel. The source workbook is not modified.

Yes — CSV is treated as a single-sheet spreadsheet with no formatting. The output is a simple table grid sized to A4 (you can adjust paper size by opening the CSV in Excel/LibreOffice first and saving as .xlsx with custom formatting).

The converter uses the sheet's Page Setup if defined (paper size, orientation, scaling). If unset, it defaults to A4 portrait and auto-scales wide tables to fit. For best results, set Page Setup explicitly in Excel before exporting.

Files are uploaded to our conversion service, converted in isolation, and deleted within 24 hours — unless you explicitly share a result, which keeps it at a public link anyone who has it can open for up to 30 days. We never share or analyse your data. For financial models or PII spreadsheets, use a desktop office suite instead.
