Most images are ready shortly after you submit a prompt. More detailed prompts and busy periods can take longer, so keep this page open until the preview appears.

Prompts asking for sexual or explicit content, content involving minors, graphic violence, or images of real named people are blocked by our safety filters before any image is generated. Generated images are additionally screened by an automated content moderator before you see them. Rephrase your prompt without that content and it will go through.

Images you generate are yours to download on any plan. Putting an image into commercial work — blogs, ads, product pages, client deliverables — runs through the commercial-use license. Every active paid plan and paid pass includes a commercial finished-work license: you may use, edit, print, publish and distribute finished work made with Pixoate in advertising, websites, social media, products and client projects, and may keep using that finished work after the paid period ends unless the purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back. Whichever plan you are on, you remain responsible for how you use an image, for example around trademarks or resemblance to real people.

Generated images are processed on our secure servers and removed under our Security policy; they are not published anywhere. Prompts are checked by automated safety filters and are not used to train models. If you want to keep a result, download the PNG — the server copy expires.

It makes pictures, not logos, so there is no logo mode. The output is a PNG image with no editable text, shapes or vector layers, and letters drawn inside a picture are unreliable. Downloads are PNG files, but they fill the whole frame, so none is transparent. It can draw a flat illustration of one subject on a plain background; run that picture through Background Remover to lift the subject out as a transparent PNG.
