About the role
Customer experience is at the heart of Pixoate. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems and ensuring every customer has a great experience with our AI-powered platform.
Success is measured by CSAT, first-response time, resolution time, ticket quality and customer retention.
Hiring process: Application → Communication assessment → Practical support scenario → Interview → Offer.

Eligible locations
This is a fully remote role. Applicants must be based in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia.
What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Troubleshoot product and account issues
- Assist with billing and subscription questions
- Escalate technical issues when needed
- Reproduce and document bugs
- Create and update help-center articles
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
