Combining the bulk rotation with targeted per-page fixes handles a mixed-orientation scan far faster than rotating every page individually from the start.

Leave the mode on "Apply to all" and click "Rotate all 90° CW" (or CCW, or pick 90°/270° in the Rotation panel) — one action sets the same angle on every page, so a whole landscape document comes out at portrait proportions. When only a few pages are landscape, switch to "Per page" instead and set 90° or 270° on just those thumbnails, leaving the portrait pages at 0°.

Page content is preserved, but anything that depended on the original file being interactive can behave differently — form fields, layers and annotations may be flattened into the page depending on the operation you ran. If you need the fields to stay fillable, do the flattening step last. Keep the untouched original until you have checked the output end to end.
