The format is not one this tool accepts, so check the list shown on the upload panel. Or the file is not really the format its name says: renaming a file does not change what is inside it, and that is the reason a valid-looking image gets refused.

A screenshot of a photo, or a copy that has already been compressed and re-shared, gives the tool far less to work with and no setting recovers that. Then, where there is a strength control, come down from the default — most photos need less than the default suggests. Compare against your original at full size before you download.

This tool blurs everything behind the detected subject. To blur or pixelate specific areas such as a face, a license plate or a name, use Pixelate & Blur Image, where you draw a box over each area and choose the strength.

A harsh edge usually means hair or clothing was cut too tightly, or a halo of the old background is left. Open Refine edges and use Restore to bring back lost hair and Erase to remove leftovers, then lower Blur so the transition feels more natural.

Yes. Upload the product shot and select Blur background; the product is treated as the subject and stays sharp. Glass, shiny and semi-transparent items have unclear edges, so check them closely and use Refine edges where the cut-out is off.
