Christmas Decoration Visualizer

Generative output can vary; review the full result before publishing

Every December the same gamble: buy the lights, climb the ladder, and find out afterwards whether the house looks magical or overdone. This visualizer previews Christmas decoration on photos of your actual home — roofline lights and garlands on the exterior, the tree and trimmings in your real living room — so you decide the look while both feet are on the ground and the boxes are still unbought. Professional installers use the same previews to close jobs: a homeowner shown their own house lit says yes far faster than one shown a brochure.

Frequently asked questions

What photos work for exterior and interior previews?
For outside, a straight-on photo of the house front taken in daylight or at dusk, with the full roofline in frame — the visualizer adds the lit display. For inside, a wide shot of the room from its entrance, including the corner you are considering for the tree. One photo per view is enough.
Will the real display match the preview?
The preview is a concept at believable scale on your real house, not a guarantee of a specific product's brightness or color temperature. Use it to settle the style — warm white versus multicolor, roofline only versus full display — then buy or brief an installer to that direction, and check bulb counts against your actual measurements.
Does it plan the wiring, power or number of light strings?
No — it is a visual plan only. It shows how the display should look, not how to power it. Extension runs, outdoor-rated circuits, clips and ladder safety are the practical half of the job; measure your rooflines for string lengths, and if heights or electrics are beyond comfortable, that is exactly what installers are for.
Whose photos can I use, and can installers use previews commercially?
Homeowners should use their own photos; installers should preview only houses whose owners provided the photo or agreed to it — decorating a stranger's home uninvited, even digitally, is a bad first impression. Review results fully before sharing, and installers using previews in quotes or ads should label them as concept visualizations.
