Set the fields you want (or pick a template) in the Fields panel first.

How do I pull invoice numbers, dates and totals from a document image?

Start from the Invoice template or type each field name as it is printed on your document, up to 50 fields. Upload a photo, scan or screenshot and choose Extract my data. Values are found beside their labels; dates return as YYYY-MM-DD, money as plain numbers, and fields with low confidence are marked for review.

Your own fieldsUp to 50 names in one run; match the wording of the labels on the page
Cleaned-up valuesDates in ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD); amounts with a currency sign or decimals become numbers
PDF documentsNot read directly; turn the page into an image first
OutputJSON of the field values to copy or download; confidence scores appear in the on-screen table
Many documents at oncePremium handles up to 60 files per batch and Pro up to 200; one spreadsheet with a column for each field

This extractor reads images, so turn the PDF page into a PNG first, and for till slips, get vendor, date, total and line items without naming fields. Business cards can go straight to a ready-to-import vCard; before you share a scanned ID or form, redact emails, phone numbers and card numbers in it, and tidy the result with a JSON validator and formatter.
