For circular-crop presets like Profile Picture and Profile Display, a Show/Hide safe zone button overlays a guide showing exactly what Instagram's circular mask will crop away. Toggle it on before finalizing your profile photo so your face or logo isn't cut off at the edges once Instagram applies the circle crop.

Pick the Profile Picture preset, keep Maintain aspect ratio on so nothing stretches, and turn on the safe zone overlay to see the circular crop boundary before you commit. If your subject isn't centered, add background padding — blurred or solid color — rather than letting the tool crop tight, since anything outside the safe-zone circle gets hidden on Instagram.
