Yes. Open the Tally panel and tap Save to account to store the current tally sheet, then reopen it anytime from Saved stock-takes. Tap the link icon (Copy team link) on a saved stock-take to generate a read-only link anyone on your team can open to view the same stock-take without signing in — useful for handing a completed count to a manager or head office.

The Tally panel's Export CSV button is free and gives you a spreadsheet-ready file of every counted row and its total. PDF report is a Premium feature that generates a formatted, shareable stock-take document with your rows, counts and timestamps laid out for printing or emailing — use it when you need a polished document rather than raw data.

Yes. Every row in the Tally sheet has an editable Label field and a Count field you can click into and change directly, so a typo or a manual correction doesn't require re-uploading or re-counting the photo. To wipe the whole sheet and start a fresh stock-take instead of removing rows one at a time, use the Clear tally button next to Export CSV.

Yes. The upload screen has a Take a photo button that opens your phone's rear camera directly, instead of sending you to your photo library like the regular upload area. It's built for walking the stockroom shelf by shelf, since snapping a photo on the spot is faster than saving it first and then browsing to find it.

Yes. Name what to count, then add up to 60 photos on Premium or 200 on Pro; each photo is counted the way a single photo is. Review every photo's markers before using one tally per photo plus a grand total.

No. The counter selects a method automatically for each photo. The counting settings apply to up to 60 photos on Premium or 200 on Pro, but every result still needs marker-by-marker review. Temporary uploaded and generated files are processed securely and deleted automatically.

Almost always one of three things. The file is over the 20 MB free upload limit — Premium takes 50 MB and Pro 120 MB. The format is not one this tool accepts, so check the list shown on the upload panel. Or the file is not really the format its name says: renaming a file does not change what is inside it, and that is the reason a valid-looking image gets refused.

Check the input first: a sharp, well-lit original that has not been through a messaging app gives the best result. Then review the settings on the page, change one at a time and run it again — nothing is locked in until you download.

AI Inventory Counter supports free standard use within the published processing allowances. Free downloads are clean — no watermark. No signup is required for standard tool use. Photo effects and AI edits have a web-size limit on Free, with the original-resolution result available through Premium or one credit. Crop, resize, rotate, compress and convert stay full size. Premium supports batches of up to 60 files, with the applicable plan limits shown before processing.

No — AI Inventory Counter runs in the browser on desktop and phone. There is nothing to install, no trial to start, and no license to buy before you can see whether it does what you need. Try it on the file you are actually stuck with rather than a sample.

It counts items by how they look and does not read barcodes, labels or part numbers, so type the product or bin into each tally row yourself. To capture serial numbers from equipment labels, use the Serial Number Scanner and match them to your counts in a spreadsheet.

The CSV has three columns, Label, Count and Counted At, plus a total row, so most spreadsheets and import tools can read it. There is no direct connection to inventory software, so you import or paste the file yourself. Delete the total row first if your system adds its own.

Yes. The tally is stored once per browser and shared by the object counters, so a row added on one counter page also shows on another. Use clear labels, or select Clear tally before you start a new job, to keep separate stock-takes apart.

Yes, as a visual check. Photograph the bins on your cycle list, label each row with the bin and compare the totals with your system. The Counted At column records when each row was added. Review every dot, because items that touch or hide each other can be missed.

Photograph and count it again, then add the number under a new label such as Aisle 3 March. The folder icon, Open in tally, loads an earlier saved stock-take but replaces the rows on screen, so export or save the current rows first if you still need them.
