No. The counter selects a method automatically for each photo. The counting settings apply to up to 60 photos on Premium or 200 on Pro, but every result still needs marker-by-marker review. Temporary uploaded and generated files are processed securely and deleted automatically.

Almost always one of three things. The file is over the 20 MB free upload limit — Premium takes 50 MB and Pro 120 MB. The format is not one this tool accepts, so check the list shown on the upload panel. Or the file is not really the format its name says: renaming a file does not change what is inside it, and that is the reason a valid-looking image gets refused.

Check the input first: a sharp, well-lit original that has not been through a messaging app gives the best result. Then review the settings on the page, change one at a time and run it again — nothing is locked in until you download.

Photograph the open end square on. Only the nearest wall of cartons is visible, so the count covers that wall, not the cartons behind it. Multiply by the depth only if the load is stacked evenly, and label the result as an estimate.

It counts cartons by how they look and does not read labels, barcodes or order numbers. Type the reference into the tally row's Label yourself, and use Image to Text when you need the printed words read.

Yes, where the carton faces are visible. Photograph one bay square on, count it and label the row with the aisle and bay. Cartons set deeper in the bay behind the front row are not counted.

A carton cut off by the edge of the frame is not a whole carton, so it is easy to miss. Step back until the whole face fits with a margin, keep the camera level and drag Included markers toward Show more if a whole carton still has no dot.

Use it as a visual check. Compare the reviewed total with the delivery note, and count by hand when the numbers differ or the goods are valuable. The marked image supports your review but does not prove the physical quantity on its own.
