Switching fonts only changes the typeface, not your content or layout.

Spacing controls the vertical density of your resume's layout. Compact tightens line spacing so more content fits on one page — useful if you're just barely spilling onto a second page — while Relaxed opens the layout up for a shorter resume that would otherwise look sparse. Normal is the balanced default.

The Sections tab lets you drag Summary, Experience, Education and Skills into any order using the grip handle, and Add section creates a new custom block with its own title and bullet content that slots into that same reorderable list — perfect for Projects, Certifications, Publications or Volunteering exactly where you want them to appear.

Choose the Classic or Minimal template for maximum content density, the Sans font for compact character width, and Compact spacing to tighten line gaps between entries. Combined with trimming Experience to your most recent 3-4 roles, this keeps a long career history readable on a single page.

Yes — drag the grip handle on any Experience or Education entry to reorder it within that list, independent of the Sections tab (which reorders whole blocks like Summary or Experience relative to each other). Use the Duplicate icon on a work-experience entry to clone it as a starting point for a near-identical role, and the trash icon to delete an entry you no longer need.

Type a name in the field above the Save button and click Save (it becomes Update once you're editing an existing version) to store that version under the Saved resumes list. From that list, click a saved resume to load it, the Duplicate icon to clone it as a new starting point, or the trash icon to delete it — and use 'Start a new resume' to clear the working copy back to a blank template without touching any saved versions.
