Yes — drag the grip handle on any Experience or Education entry to reorder it within that list, independent of the Sections tab (which reorders whole blocks like Summary or Experience relative to each other). Use the Duplicate icon on a work-experience entry to clone it as a starting point for a near-identical role, and the trash icon to delete an entry you no longer need.

Type a name in the field above the Save button and click Save (it becomes Update once you're editing an existing version) to store that version under the Saved resumes list. From that list, click a saved resume to load it, the Duplicate icon to clone it as a new starting point, or the trash icon to delete it — and use 'Start a new resume' to clear the working copy back to a blank template without touching any saved versions.
