Almost always one of three things. The file is over the 20 MB free upload limit — Premium takes 50 MB and Pro 120 MB. The format is not one this tool accepts, so check the list shown on the upload panel. Or the file is not really the format its name says: renaming a file does not change what is inside it, and that is the reason a valid-looking image gets refused.

Photograph the end of the rack or bundle and review the ends facing the camera. A side view shows lengths rather than ends. Use separate photos for separate size totals, and take diameters from the delivery ticket rather than the image count.

Move closer so each end fills more of the frame, shoot straight on and drag Included markers toward Show more. If neighboring ends still merge in the photo, review the dots carefully and correct the count by hand.

Close enough that each bar end is clearly separate in the photo, but far enough that the whole bundle fits inside the frame with a margin. If it will not fit, step back and check that every end is still clearly separate.

It supplies the count, not the comparison. Put the order quantity beside the Total from the tally in your spreadsheet, and treat any difference as a reason to recount by hand before you sign.
