Sensitivity (Low to High) controls how confident the AI must be before marking a log end. Raise it toward High if darker bark or shadowed ends near the edge of the pile are being missed; lower it toward Low if bark texture, knots or cracks within a single log end are being split into extra counts. Shooting the pile face straight-on in flat light reduces how much you need to adjust it.

Result overlay sets how retained log detections are shown — Dots + heatmap combines markers and density, Dots only is clearer for review, and Heatmap shows concentration. Ignore small detections can reduce branch-stub or gap markers but can also remove genuine small logs, so review and correct the tally before haulage use.

Temporary uploaded and generated files are processed securely and deleted automatically.

Almost always one of three things. The file is over the 11 MB free upload limit — Premium takes 50 MB and Pro 120 MB. The format is not one this tool accepts, so check the list shown on the upload panel. Or the file is not really the format its name says: renaming a file does not change what is inside it, and that is the reason a valid-looking image gets refused.

It reports what is genuinely in the file, so a blank or surprising result usually means the data was never there — stripped by the app that last saved it, removed by a platform on upload, or absent from the original. Try the untouched original file straight from the camera or source rather than a copy that has been through a messaging app.
