Yes — every tally row's Count number is directly editable, so you can type a corrected total if you spot a miscount, not just rename the Label. Each row also has its own remove button (×) if you added a row by mistake, and Clear tally wipes the whole sheet to start a fresh stock-take.

No — using the folder icon (Open in tally) on a saved stock-take replaces everything currently in your tally sheet with the saved rows; it doesn't add them alongside your in-progress count. Export or save your current tally first if you still need it, since loading a saved session overwrites it with no undo.

No. The counter selects a method automatically for each photo. The counting settings apply to up to 60 photos on Premium or 200 on Pro, but every result still needs marker-by-marker review. Temporary uploaded and generated files are processed securely and deleted automatically.

Almost always one of three things. The file is over the 20 MB free upload limit — Premium takes 50 MB and Pro 120 MB. The format is not one this tool accepts, so check the list shown on the upload panel. Or the file is not really the format its name says: renaming a file does not change what is inside it, and that is the reason a valid-looking image gets refused.

It counts the pallets themselves, not what is on them. For the cartons on a loaded pallet, photograph the face and use the box counter, which marks each carton it can see.

Walk a fixed route and photograph one zone at a time, label each row with the zone and check the edge of every photo for a stack that also appears in the next one. Overlapping photos are where duplicates come from.

Only the ones you can see from the doors. A photo of the open end shows the nearest pallets, so the count covers those and not the pallets behind them. Treat any total for a full trailer as an estimate.

Yes. Open the page in your phone browser, tap Take a photo for each zone and add every count to the tally. The rows stay in the browser, so you can finish the walk and export the CSV from the same phone.
