Label Mockup Generator
Generative output can vary; review the full result before publishing
A label is designed flat and lives curved. Type that looked balanced in the artwork file falls off the shoulder of a bottle, and a logo centered on the page sits off-axis once it wraps. Photograph a test print on the real container, or upload a 3D render, and this direction builds a presentation setting around it so those problems are easy to review before a print run. It does not wrap flat label artwork onto a container.

Testing label artwork on the real container before a full label run
A label mockup here starts with the container already wearing the label. Print the artwork on sticker paper or plain paper, trim it, stick it on the actual bottle, jar or tin, and photograph that. The AI is asked to keep what you photographed and builds the surroundings, so the curve, the edge drop-off and any wrinkle in the print should be what the finished label will face; compare them with your photo. A flat label file uploaded alone stays flat.
Take two pictures: one straight at the label and one turned slightly, because text near the left and right edges vanishes first as the container curves away. If the brand name or product type only reads in the head-on shot, move it toward the middle of the artwork before ordering labels.
Regulated panels such as ingredients, allergens, net contents and safety marks must come from your approved file; the mockup only shows how they sit, so read them on the final proof. Check the result for new text in the scene and for the label edge where it meets the container. Once the label is approved, explore bottle staging or see jar settings for preserves and creams.
Label mockup generator: see label artwork on the real bottle, jar or tin
This label mockup generator works from a photo of a container that already wears your label, such as a printed test label stuck on a bottle, jar, tin or tube. The page builds a presentation scene around it so you can judge how the design reads on a curve. It does not wrap a flat label file onto a container, and it is not a label proof.
Prepare the container, then make the mockup
The label has to exist before the page can show it. Print the artwork at actual size on sticker or plain paper, trim it and apply it to the real container, then photograph the container, not the file.
- Fill the container with the product, or a liquid of the same color.
- Photograph the label straight on, in soft light, against a plain surface.
- Upload the photo and choose Plain white, Soft gray, Wood shelf or On the shelf under Styles.
- Select Generate Product scene and zoom in on the label edges.
- Download the PNG, or select Edit again to try another surface.
Read the curve: what to check at the edges
Type close to the left and right margins turns away from the viewer first, and a logo centered on a flat file sits off-axis once it wraps. Take one photo head-on and one turned slightly, and see which words still read. If the product name only works dead center in the first photo, move it toward the middle of the artwork before you order labels, not after.
Handle glossy and clear containers with care
Glass, foil and glossy plastic carry reflections from wherever you shot them, and a clear bottle shows the room through the liquid. Shoot beside a window against a plain wall with a white card on the shadow side. The picture is generated again around the container, so compare the highlight band down the side with your original and regenerate if a new reflection covers the label.
Keep regulated copy out of the mockup's hands
Ingredients, allergens, net contents and safety marks must come from your approved artwork, and the page is told not to invent readable text. Treat any word in the result as a picture of your label, not as proof of it. Read each panel against the print file at full size, and put the two side by side on a slider before a client sees it. For cartons, the box mockup page starts from folds and panels.

Frequently asked questions
- How do I know if my label will wrap correctly?
- Watch the edges. Type and logos placed near the left or right margin curve away from the viewer fastest and are the first things to become unreadable. Check this on a test print wrapped around the real container. If key information only works dead-center, the artwork needs rebalancing before print, not a better mockup.
- Can I mock up regulated labels like food or cosmetics?
- You can present artwork you have written, but never let generated text stand in for regulated content. Ingredient lists, allergen warnings, net quantity, cosmetic INCI names and safety marks must come from your own approved artwork and be verified against the rules for your market.
- Which container shapes work best?
- Any container you can photograph clearly — bottles, jars, tins, tubes. The AI is asked to keep the container as shot, so the wrap you see should be the one from your test print or render; check it against your photo. Glossy and clear containers carry reflections from where you shot them, so photograph them in soft, even light.
- Will the mockup match my printed color?
- No. Screen color and printed ink on a specific substrate are different things, and finish — matte, gloss, foil — changes appearance again. Use the mockup for layout, hierarchy and impact; use a physical proof for color approval.
- Can I upload my flat label design and see it wrapped on a bottle?
- No. The page does not wrap flat artwork; it builds a setting around a photo of a container that already carries the label. Print a test label, stick it on the container and photograph that. A flat design file uploaded alone comes back flat.
- What size should the test label be when I print it?
- Print it at the real label size, because a label printed smaller looks easier to read than it will be. Hold the printout against the container before you stick it down and check that the smallest type is still readable at arm's length.
- How do I show the front and the back label?
- Photograph each side separately and run both photos with the same look. Keep the container in the same place on the same surface so the pair matches, and arrange the two results into one image with the Photo Collage Maker if you need a single picture.
- Why does the label text look slightly different in the result?
- The picture is generated again around the container, so letters can be softened, thickened or redrawn, especially small type near the curve. Compare the label with your photo at full size. If the wording changed, generate again, or use the photograph of the real label for that part of the presentation.
- Can I use the mockup on a product page or in a catalog?
- Use it to show design direction, and make sure the picture does not suggest a claim, a certification or a product the label does not carry. For a shop listing, a photo of the finished product is the honest record, and the mockup belongs to the concept stage.
