Pick multiple — each image becomes a PDF page

Combine multiple images into one PDF in the page order you set

This page builds one multi-page PDF from a set of images, with each image on its own page in the order you arrange. It is made for everyday jobs: phone photos of a form, scans saved as separate JPG files, receipts or handouts that arrive as attachments. You see the order before you build, and you can still reorder, remove or add images until the PDF is made.

Put the pages in order in the Pages list

After you add the images, the Pages group lists them one row per image, each with a grip handle, up and down arrows, a number, a small thumbnail, the file name and the pixel size. Drag a row or press its arrows to move it, use the trash icon to remove a stray photo, and choose Add more images for pages you forgot. The number on each row is the page it will become, so read down the numbers against your source document.

  1. Add all the images at once, or in several batches.
  2. Read the numbered rows against the original page order.
  3. Drag rows or use the arrows until the order is right.
  4. Remove duplicates, choose the paper options and select Make my PDF.

Mix formats and sizes in one document

JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC and similar files can share one document. A PNG with transparent areas is placed on white, so transparency turns white, and a HEIC photo from an iPhone may show a placeholder icon instead of a thumbnail but is still converted. Images of different shapes go on pages of one fixed size when you choose A4 or Letter, each scaled to fit without cropping. Choose Image fit to give each page the shape of its own image instead.

Rebuild after every change

The finished PDF carries the order, paper size, orientation, margins and filename you had at the moment you built it. Change any of them, or add, move or remove an image, and the earlier result is cleared and the build button returns. That is deliberate, since an old file would not match the list you can see. Check the thumbnails one last time, build, and open the PDF to confirm the sequence.

Join the result with PDFs you already have

This page takes images only. To add the new pages to existing documents, build the PDF here first and then combine it with other PDF files. Two photos that should share one page need a layout step before this one: place them side by side in a collage, then use the collage as a single image. If the file is too heavy to email, reduce the PDF size afterwards.

Before you build the document

  • Rotate any sideways photo first, since the Pages list has no rotate control.
  • Check the first and the last page against the source set.
  • Name the file in the Output filename field, which starts as combined.pdf.

Replace scattered photo attachments with one ordered document

Send one ordered document instead of a collection of image attachments. Add your page images, arrange the sequence and choose the paper layout. Enable searchable text when the images contain writing you want to find or copy later.

Application supporting-document packets

Put photographed supporting pages in the requested order and inspect the output before uploading it to the receiving service.

Multi-page meeting handouts

Combine photographs of separate handout pages into a document that colleagues can browse without opening each attachment.

Arrange image pages before building the combined PDF

  1. Select the page images and review the thumbnails for missing or duplicate pages.
  2. Reorder the pages and choose paper size, orientation and margins; enable OCR if needed.
  3. Build the PDF and check the sequence and legibility in the exported document.

Mixed image formats, page order and searchable text

Does combining images put every photo on the same PDF page?
Each selected image becomes a page. Arrange the image order before building the document; this workflow is not a multi-image collage.
Can JPG and PNG pages be mixed in one PDF?
Yes. You can combine supported image formats in the same document and inspect their thumbnails before export.
Will a combined image PDF be searchable automatically?
This page starts in normal mode. Select Make text searchable to add recognized text for search, selection and copy.
Can I merge existing PDFs with these image pages?
This uploader accepts images. Create the image PDF first, then use PDF Merge to combine it with existing PDF documents.
How do I change the order of pages after I have uploaded them?
Drag a row by its grip handle in the Pages list, or use the up and down arrows on that row. The numbers update at once, and the finished PDF follows the list from top to bottom. Changing the order clears an already built file, so select Make my PDF again.
Why does one of my images show a placeholder instead of a thumbnail?
Some formats, such as HEIC and TIFF, cannot be previewed by the browser, so the row shows a placeholder icon beside the file name. The file is still uploaded and converted when you build the PDF, so it appears in the document as a normal page.
Will transparent PNG pages get a white background?
Yes. Transparent areas are flattened onto white when the PDF is built, so a logo or a cut-out PNG appears on a white page. If you need a different background color, put it behind the image in a picture editor first.
Is there a limit on how many images one PDF can hold?
Yes. Each plan has a limit on the images in one PDF, and signed-out visitors can add fewer than signed-in accounts. The tool says so when you reach it and keeps the pages you added. For a bigger document, build two PDFs and join them with Merge PDF.
Can I put two images side by side on one page?
Not here, because each image becomes its own page. Make a collage of the two images first, save it as one image and add that to the list. The collage then occupies a single PDF page like any other picture.
What file name will the combined PDF have?
The Output filename field starts as combined.pdf, and whatever you type there is the name of the file you download. Add the date or the document name before you build, because the name is part of the build and changing it later clears the result.
