Wedding Decor Visualizer

Generative output can vary; review the full result before publishing

Every couple hears the same line at a venue viewing — 'imagine it decorated' — and almost nobody can. You are booking the biggest event of your life off a bare hall and a vendor's photos of other people's weddings. This visualizer decorates a photo of your actual venue in the themes you are considering, so you compare directions on the room you have really booked, agree with your family on a picture rather than a mood word, and walk into vendor meetings knowing what you want before anyone quotes you for it.

Turning a venue-tour snapshot into a decor brief

Most venue tours give you ten minutes and a phone. Spend two of them on the photo this page needs: stand at the back of the hall near the main doors, hold the phone level at chest height, and fit the stage end, both side walls and a strip of ceiling into one landscape frame. Ask the staff to switch on the hall's own lights. If stacked chairs or a cleaning cart sit in the middle of the floor, wait for them to move, because whatever is in the frame can get dressed up along with the room.

This general page asks for a wedding direction without choosing one, so write yours into the instructions box in plain words: palette, flowers, fabric and where the focus sits, for example 'ivory and blush drapes behind the stage, white roses on every pillar, warm fairy lights across the ceiling'. A vague line can return a photo that has barely changed. If you already lean toward a look, the royal theme page or a floral arch preview starts with that direction written in.

Drag the before-and-after slider across the stage and the side walls. A pillar that moved or a doorway that vanished means it is worth running again with 'keep every pillar, window and door where it is' added. To put two directions in front of both families at once, set the results side by side in one image. Free results download at web size, which suits a family chat; Premium or one credit returns the original resolution for a printed brief.

Virtual wedding hall decoration: preview decor on your venue photo

This wedding decor visualizer, a virtual venue decorator for your own hall photo, decorates a photo of your actual hall or banquet room in a theme you choose, so you can see how a color scheme, florals and lighting might look before you book a decorator. It adds decor and asks the AI to keep the venue recognizable: the stage, pillars, ceiling and windows. Treat the images as concepts for a conversation with your vendors, not as a quote.

Preview your venue decorated in 5 steps

The page edits the venue photo you upload and asks the AI to keep the hall you booked in the picture while the decor changes. If you cannot visit before deciding, ask the venue for a clear, well-lit photo of the empty room.

  1. Upload a photo of the empty hall or banquet room.
  2. Open Custom instructions (optional) and add your theme after the prepared sentence.
  3. Select Generate Room staging.
  4. Drag the before-and-after slider across the stage, pillars and ceiling.
  5. Select Edit again to try a second theme on the same photo.

Start from a ceremony, a theme or one decor element

Narrower pages begin closer to the job. A ceremony page such as sangeet decor opens with that celebration's decor in mind. For the focal point, the mandap page and wedding stage decoration begin from a structure and a backdrop, and banquet hall decoration suits a reception room set with themed drapes and florals.

Build the decor one element at a time

A long list in one instruction can crowd the result. Add the stage backdrop first, download the result and upload it as your new photo, then add the entrance, the aisle and the lighting in later runs, naming the elements already in place so the AI is asked to keep them. Single-element pages for the entrance and the lighting start with that one decision.

Brief your decorator from the preview

Send the decorated image with your original venue photo and a short list of what to keep from it: drape color, flower type, lighting mood and where the focal point sits. A decorator can quote against a list more easily than against one picture. Say that the image is a concept, and ask the decorator to confirm what fits the hall and the budget.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a decorated preview of my venue?
Take a wide photo at the venue viewing — the emptier and better lit, the better — and upload it. Describe the theme you are considering in the instruction box — for example "marigold and brass, warm evening light" — and the visualizer decorates that photo while asking the AI to keep the hall itself: its stage position, pillars, ceiling and windows. Shoot from where guests will stand, because that is the view that matters.
Will the real wedding look exactly like the preview?
No decorator can promise that and neither can this. The preview is a concept at believable scale in your real hall — the point is to settle the direction and give your decorator an unambiguous brief. Flower varieties, drape fabrics and exact colors are then their craft; verify what is achievable within your budget with them.
How do I compare themes before booking vendors?
Run the same venue photo through each theme you are torn between and put the results side by side. Comparing on one identical photo is the fairest comparison — vendor portfolios show different venues in different light, which is why couples find them so hard to choose from. Decide the direction first, then invite quotes for that specific look.
Can I share the previews, and whose photos can I use?
Use photos you took at the venue or that the venue gave you permission to use. Share previews freely with family and vendors — that is what they are for — but review the full image first for oddities in reconstructed areas. If a venue wants to reuse your decorated concept in their marketing, they should label it as a concept.
Can I preview decor for a mehndi, sangeet or reception?
Yes. Describe the celebration in your instruction or open the page for it; mehndi, sangeet, haldi, engagement and reception each have their own starting direction. The decor changes with the occasion while the venue should stay recognizable.
Can I add a mandap, a flower wall or chair covers to the venue photo?
Yes. Name each item and where it goes, for example a white-and-gold mandap at the stage end and a flower wall behind the seating. Check scale and position in the result, because items can come out too large or too small, and look at walkways and exits.
How do I stop the AI from changing the hall itself?
Say what must stay in your instruction, for example keep the stage, pillars, ceiling and windows exactly as they are. For tighter control, select Refine area manually and brush only the area where the decor should go; pixels outside the painted area stay as photographed. The preview shows look and mood, not seating or floor plans.
Can I use the visualizer on my phone during a venue visit?
Yes. Open the page in your phone's browser, take the photo at the venue and upload it on the spot, or save the photo and run the themes later at home. The same steps apply as on a computer.
