SRF to PNG as a clean base for enhancing early-2000s photos

Photos from a DSC-F828 are small by current standards, and many people converting SRF files want to enlarge, sharpen or repair them afterward. The starting format matters there: JPG compression leaves faint block patterns that enlargement and enhancement can magnify, while a PNG passes on only what the sensor recorded.
