Count rivets from a photo
Spread the rivets one layer deep on a tray or flat surface and photograph from directly above — every one gets a dot for verification. Built for factories, fastener suppliers and maintenance stores — add each photo to the tally sheet and export the whole count as a CSV or PDF report.
- Counts rivets even when they touch or overlap

Tips for an accurate count
• Use an even, well-lit photo with the rivets fully in frame
• Mark 1–3 example rivets when other items share the photo
• Dots and heatmap show what was counted — verify at a glance
About the Rivets Counter
The rivets counter uses an AI similar-item engine built for dense scenes where rivets touch or overlap — the case where counting by hand is slow and error-prone. Mark one to three example rivets and it counts exactly that item, marking every counted one on the image so you can verify the total. Built for factories, fastener suppliers and maintenance stores.
How It Works
1. Photograph your rivets
2. AI counts them — optionally mark 1–3 example rivets
3. Verify with the dots and heatmap on the image
4. Add to the tally sheet and export your count as CSV
Perfect For
• Kitting and order picking checks of rivets
• Incoming QC counts against the packing slip
• Bin and drawer stock audits
• Theft, loss and shrinkage spot checks
Frequently asked questions
- Do the items need to be separated before counting?
- Slight touching is fine — the density engine keeps touching items apart. Avoid full overlaps (items on top of items): spread them one layer deep under even light for an exact count.
- What if the photo has more than just rivets in it?
- Mark 1–3 example rivets by dragging a box around them and the AI counts exactly that item, ignoring everything else in the frame. Every counted item gets a dot on the image so you can verify the total at a glance.
- Can I count several photos into one total?
- Yes — every count can be added to the tally sheet as a labelled row, or use Bulk audit to upload many photos at once. Export the result as a CSV, generate a PDF report, or save the stock-take to your account and share a read-only link with your team.
- Is it free and private?
- Yes — counting photos is free with no signup for everyday use. Photos are uploaded only to process and are deleted automatically afterwards; we never keep or share them.
